A 45-minute trampoline-based recovery experience. The class session is a full 1 hr when booking. With 15 mins transition time between classes.

The 1st 15 mins is pelvic strength endurance breath exercises to warm up your joints under the infrared sauna. Building connection to your pelvis and how you breath individually.

The 2nd half of the class is a stretch and or vibration exercises that compliment the muscle focused for that female related anatomy week.
