This isn't your typical personal training session—this is a journey of self-discovery, learning to build a strong and healthy pelvis, and understanding your body on a deeper level. Each week, your body changes throughout your hormonal cycle, and this class is designed to help you become more aware of those hormonal changes—both physical and mental.
What’s This All About?
This is a drop-class series designed for women like you to tap into your body's natural power. We’re not just working out; we’re focusing on hormonal self-awareness and proper muscle activation, through forms of brain training created and designed by me and the my methods to help you create a better muscle mind connection with your body.Â
Who is This For?
I work with women who already have an active fitness routine. If you're regularly working out, this class will help you take your training to the next level by unlocking a deeper awareness of how to train effectively with your hips, spine, and pelvis alignment in mind.
Join a Small, Intimate Group were we are all actively participating in our muscle activation.Â
Each sessions are small and personal, with only 3 women per group, ensuring that you get the focused and attention you deserve. Classes are held in my home in **Milton**, and sometimes outdoors for a fresh change of pace.
**Please note:** If you're pregnant, this program is not for you however would be advised to the foundatare not for you. For all others, it's time to discover and build your personal growth body—the goddess way!
