What is the Pelvic Fit Rx™ Tramp Mobility Class?

A 45-minute female-specific recovery session designed to help you reconnect with your body, support your pelvic floor, improve mobility, and calm your nervous system. Each booked session includes a full 1-hour time block with intro, class time, and transition time.

 

1st part: Pelvic strength endurance + breath connection

You begin with guided trampoline-based pelvic and breath exercises under infrared heat to warm the body, support the joints, and build connection to your deep core system.

 

2nd part: Mobility, stretch and strength vibration work

The second half focuses on targeted stretch and vibration-based exercises designed to support mobility, release tension, improve body awareness, and wake up underused muscles.

Pelvic Fit Rx Foundation Self-Discovery 9 Session Journey

This is the main onboarding journey for new members who are ready to build pelvic floor awareness, improve mobility, and create a stronger body connection through weekly repetition and self-discovery.

Every new member begins by filling out the Pelvic Fit Rx body assessment form. Your answers help identify your current patterns, pain points, goals, and any surgery history so your onboarding experience can be guided with more intention.

From there, you will be supported through a 9-week journey that includes 1 session per week in a group, along with personalized online learning support based on how you learn best — whether that is mini video, audio, or email guidance.

    Weekly is best for more support and faster progress. Biweekly is great for busy women wanting consistency. Monthly is ideal for maintenance.

SESSION CLASS DROP  FAQ

  • Do sessions carry over?
    No. Just like any boutique fitness membership, sessions are designed to be used within the time frame they are purchased for and do not roll over into future weeks or months. This helps protect consistency, structure, and the integrity of the program.
  • Are drop-in classes refundable?
    No. Drop-in classes are paid and non-refundable. However, your class credit may be used anytime within 1 year of the purchase date.

This membership is for women who have already built a foundation and want ongoing support with pelvic strength, mobility, and recovery.

It is designed for the woman who values her future self and treats pelvic health, bladder health, bone health, muscle health, and hormonal health like part of her lifestyle — not an afterthought.

This option is ideal for members who have been in the program for at least 3 months, have built stronger body awareness, and want to maintain their progress with 2 sessions per month.
