✅  What Is A TRAMP DETOX MOBILITY SESSION?

  • A 45-minute trampoline-based recovery experience.
  • The 1st  half of the session is we raise your heart rate incorporation feminine movement exercises to warm up your joints under the infrared sauna and breath work awareness for your own individual body. 
  • The 2nd half of the class is stretch or vibration exercises that compliment the muscle focused for that week related to join mobility. 

 

✅ Feminine movement exercises that add to your hip mobility and help with your pelvic strength. 
✅ Breath work awareness (not every one breaths the same. In this session you will get an individual breath 
✅ VIBRATIOPN THERAPHY for nervous system support and BRAIN TO muscle activation.

✅Blind folding are used for some stretches to help you connect and build mobility faster all while helping you create better alignment within your body.

  • Each session is a rehab workout for your pelvis and muscle imbalances.
  • I have designed your individual journey as a process of discovery designed for your individual body, so you can learn through each GROUP session.
